Express service for any drain problem

We called Express Drains when our kitchen sink would not drain properly despite our best efforts. They were easy to schedule, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They fixed the problem right away and provided excellent customer service when I had a question following their service call. We would heartily recommend this company.

They are highly reliable, and I recommend them for further services! We requested for Lateral Sewer Line inspection on June 28th. Express Drain serviced my clients' house on July 5th, and Ryan was highly knowledgeable. Ryan arrived on time and explained the overall process. At the end of the service, he completed all documents and provided a supporting video of the inspection. Thank You again for the excellent service!

Old house, old plumbing.... Express came out several times until the problem was resolved. Ryan runs a respectable business and he understands how to treat his customers. Really appreciate the professionalism and the great customer service we received. Highly RECOMMEND Express drains.

Pricing is great and the girls are in the office are very timely and friendly and professional with responses. The drain cleaners are friendly an the price is always right!. If you need a drain cleared there the best.

Our backyard drain was clogged and causing water to come into the basement when it rained. We called this morning and they came out about an hour or so later. In less than 30 minutes they fixed it. Very friendly and professional.***just an update. It rained today. June 23rd. Days after you came out. A LOT. Not any back up! Not an ounce of water in the basement. Had a plumber a week prior tell us he couldn't get a snake or camera down there and most likely an expensive dig up and replacing of pipes needed. Thank you for being a good, honest business. You have our business forever. Thank you so much!

We are so thankful that Gage was able to retrieve the key Fob with many other keys that unfortunately went down the toilet. He started out trying the basics to get them, but did not give up until they were retrieved. He did have a coworker come to help out after diagnosing exactly where the keys were located and got them from the sewer line. Not pleasant working conditions to deal with, but they worked as professionals. We would highly recommend. Thank you!

I never write reviews, however, I would be remiss if I did not share my wonderful experience. I had another company come out to resolve the issue I was having with my drain backing up but they were not able to do so. I called Express Drain and they lived up to their name. They had someone ready to come out to resolve my issue no sooner than I put in the request. Shannon went out of her way to assist me with what ever I needed!!! I have Express Drain on speed dial and will be recommending them to everyone who need them.
